Can my cloud server’s hardware be upgraded?

You can upgrade your cloud hosting plan to a larger plan at any time (Managed Cloud Hosting). You may also “add-on” additional hardware, software, and features to your server at any time through your control panel.

How do I add additional IP addresses? Is there an upgrade fee?

With Preconfigured cloud servers we offer 1 dedicated IP. However if you like more IPs, we are always flexible to offer you custom solution based on your requirement.

Will I have Root Access?

Yes, you will get root / admin access of your cloud server.

Will I get full technical support?

By default you will get complete support for hardware & network related issues . However if you have included managed cloud hosting option during order, you will get full support for your server. At this time managed support is available for DirectAdmin, Cpanel & Plesk Panel installed servers.
