Mapping global customers feedback & requirements to collaborate with product management in developing and implementing processes in line with business objectives.
To ensure Product and Policy Training for the sales team across all product variants at regular frequency. Sales Training on Sales effectiveness, rapport building, telephone etiquettes etc.
Preparing MIS reports & other statements with a view to apprise management of the process operations and assist in critical decision-making process.
Assessing the customer feedback, evaluating areas of improvements & providing critical feedback to the sales executives on improvements and achieving higher sales metrices.
Actively involvement in creating awareness for driving the projects and process improvement strategy & methodology, ensuring maximum operational efficiency.
